You'll lead recruitment and onboarding activity across the organisation, ensuring every stage of the hiring journey is efficient, compliant and professional. Working closely with managers and external partners, you'll help attract talented people while driving continuous improvements across the recruitment function.

Your responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day recruitment and onboarding activity while supervising a team of two to achieve service objectives
- Support recruiting managers throughout the hiring process, providing guidance on recruitment best practice and compliance requirements
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns, monitor vacancy levels and produce recruitment reports and workforce data
- Oversee pre-employment checks, DBS clearances, references, right to work verification and onboarding documentation
- Act as the operational lead for right to work compliance, maintaining knowledge of visa and immigration requirements
- Build relationships with education providers and community organisations while representing the organisation at recruitment events and careers fairs
What we're looking for:
- Experience working within recruitment, onboarding or workforce administration in a busy environment
- Experience supervising, coaching or managing a small team
- Good knowledge of safer recruitment, right to work legislation, workforce compliance and sponsorship processes
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities while producing and interpreting recruitment data and workforce metrics
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Working Hours: Full time with flexitime around core hours. Hybrid working available following the initial onboarding period.
