Your responsibilities as Sales Representative:

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Deliver excellent customer service through face-to-face meetings, telephone conversations and email communication
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and lead generation
  • Follow up enquiries and support the sales process from initial contact through to completion
  • Complete a range of administrative duties, including maintaining records, managing emails and preparing presentations
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver an excellent customer experience

What we're looking for in a Sales Representative:

  • Previous experience in an office-based environment, with customer service or sales experience advantageous
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to organise workloads, manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Minimum Level 2 education (GCSE or equivalent)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
