Your responsibilities as Junior Estate Gardener:

  • Maintain lawns, borders, hedges, trees and pathways to an exceptional standard
  • Carry out planting, pruning, weeding, mulching and seasonal garden maintenance
  • Assist with propagation, greenhouse activities and ongoing plant care
  • Support the implementation of new planting schemes and landscaping projects
