A Regional Business Development Manager is required, ideally with temperature control/technical/HVAC/engineering product sales experience. Along with a basic salary up to £50,000 per annum, you will receive a range of benefits including uncapped commission (OTE circa £65,000+), plus a company car/car allowance. You will be required to build new and existing clients in the Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield area. This role is best suited for someone who understands and has experience within a slow sales process with high value capital equipment products. As Regional Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include: Providing a solution-based sales approach to develop existing and new clients across UK. Effectively forging long term relationships. Consulting new and existing customers on “best fit” products to meet their requirements along with maximising business needs. Building relationships to include promotion of all products and services, identifying areas for potential growth and ensuring clients are aware of all solutions available to them. Self-generating new leads through building contacts and working with sales, marketing and operations team. Ensuring the company CRM system is maintained at all times to reflect current status of activities, opportunities, contacts, competitors’ equipment etc. Managing your own diary to achieve weekly/monthly targets. Carrying out site meetings/surveys. Re-contracting existing clients and increasing spend and longevity of contractual terms. Negotiating, ensuring the very best price is obtained at all times. Regularly and effectively communicating with the rest of the team to ensure SLA, KPI’s and delivery dates are achieved. Producing detailed quotations and reports for new and existing customers. Identifying competitor users within the field and keeping a detailed log. Completing all paper work and supporting documents needed to raise contracts.
