The Recruitment Consultant / Coordinator Role
- Work in a busy, fast-paced recruitment environment supporting and driving sales activity
- Build relationships with candidates and clients across commercial roles
- Manage the full recruitment process from attraction to placement
- Interview candidates face-to-face and via video
- Write and manage job adverts, handling high volumes of applications
- Source candidates using multiple methods and build a strong talent pipeline
- Work towards and exceed sales and performance targets
- Support business development by identifying and generating new leads
About You
- Previous experience in a busy office environment is essential
- Experience in a coordination, customer service or sales-based role
- Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed and earn
- Organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Previous recruiter or sales experience is beneficial but not essential
