A specialist recruitment agency founded on the principle of connecting exceptional talent with forward-thinking businesses is looking for Five (5) self-employed Recruitment Consultants.
This is an opportunity to partner with a growing business and leverage your expertise to build a lucrative career with full autonomy. This is an ideal role for a proven recruitment professional who desires the flexibility and earning potential of self-employment, without the initial overhead of starting their own agency.
This is a performance-based, self-employed contract with a highly competitive commission structure. You will be paid a generous 50% percentage of the net fees for successful placements.
What youll be doing as self-employed Recruitment Consultant:
- Proactively identifying and engaging new client opportunities to build a robust client base.
- Nurturing and developing strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing consultative advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Utilising your expertise to source, screen, and manage candidates for HR, Business & Office Support and marketing roles. This includes headhunting, networking, and leveraging various professional platforms.
- Handling the end-to-end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, managing applications, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and conducting thorough placement follow-ups.
- Maintaining meticulous records within your own CRM or our shared platform and ensure all activities adhere to industry best practices and also make sure all candidates have Uk work authorization.

- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with a demonstrable track record of success.
