Your responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:

  • Support cost planning, budgeting, and financial tracking across multiple projects
  • Assist with preparing estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
  • Carry out take-offs and measurements using CostX
  • Work with site teams to monitor progress, variations, and cost impacts
  • Contribute to valuations, interim applications, and final accounts
  • Attend site visits to gather data and support delivery on active projects
