Your responsibilities as Project Delivery Manager:

  • Oversee multiple live schemes from early planning through to completion
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors and external stakeholders across programmes
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, compliance and site performance
  • Support planning activity, reporting and operational improvements
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and senior leadership
  • Ensure health, safety and quality standards are consistently achieved

What we're looking for in a Project Delivery Manager:
