A private family office is looking for a highly organised and discreet Personal Assistant to support a Principal and their family. This is a varied and hands-on role offering exposure to both personal and professional matters within a fast-paced, high-trust environment. This would suit someone who is proactive, tech-confident and thrives in a setting where no two days are the same.
As Personal Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and visas
- Coordinating calendars, anticipating conflicts and managing changing priorities
- Supporting the planning and delivery of private events and social engagements
- Sourcing tickets and coordinating access to high-demand events
- Providing day-to-day administrative support in relation to household operations
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors and coordinating household maintenance
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and providing additional administrative support as required
We’re looking for a Personal Assistant with:
- Experience in the role or as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a family office, or professional services, fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable taking ownership of tasks at all levels
- Practical, solutions-focused and highly detail-oriented
- Calm and composed under pressure, with the ability to deliver at pace
- High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident liaising with a range of stakeholders
- Comfortable with some occasional travel (minimal)
- Experience coordinating contractors or household staff
This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role in central London.
