Your responsibilities as Performance Marketing Manager:

  • Develop and deliver acquisition strategies aligned to commercial objectives
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across major paid media platforms
  • Oversee budget allocation, bidding strategies and performance targets
  • Analyse campaign data and provide actionable growth recommendations
  • Lead testing across audiences, creative assets, landing pages and channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximise campaign effectiveness and results

What we're looking for in a Performance Marketing Manager:

  • Previous experience leading acquisition-focused paid media campaigns
  • Strong expertise across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads and similar platforms
  • Knowledge of attribution, tracking, tagging and marketing technology
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, retention and lifetime value
  • Experience within online gaming, sportsbook, casino or related regulated sectors is preferred

Working Hours: Hybrid working with a minimum of two office-based days per week.
