Your responsibilities as Performance Marketing Manager:
- Develop and deliver acquisition strategies aligned to commercial objectives
- Manage and optimise campaigns across major paid media platforms
- Oversee budget allocation, bidding strategies and performance targets
- Analyse campaign data and provide actionable growth recommendations
- Lead testing across audiences, creative assets, landing pages and channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximise campaign effectiveness and results
What we're looking for in a Performance Marketing Manager:
- Previous experience leading acquisition-focused paid media campaigns
- Strong expertise across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads and similar platforms
- Knowledge of attribution, tracking, tagging and marketing technology
- Strong understanding of performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, retention and lifetime value
- Experience within online gaming, sportsbook, casino or related regulated sectors is preferred
