Your responsibilities as People Systems Administrator
Act as the first point of contact for incoming system queries, resolving requests or escalating more complex issues when required.

Maintain accurate HR data, documentation, system structures and training management information.

Produce and maintain a catalogue of reports, providing accurate information to internal customers when required.

Support regular system upgrades through testing and identification of potential issues.

Assist with system configuration, new functionality trials and user acceptance testing.

Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and support continuous improvement across the function.

Previous HR or payroll systems administration experience, including system configuration and maintenance.

Practical experience working across HRIS platforms and supporting system updates or upgrades.

Strong spreadsheet skills with experience analysing, maintaining and reporting on data.

Evidence of managing competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of data accuracy.
