What you'll be getting stuck into as a Manufacturing Engineer:
- Developing and maintaining PFMEA, control plans and work instructions to keep processes robust
- Reviewing existing processes to boost safety, quality and cost efficiency
- Leading the rollout of new processes and ensuring operators are fully trained
- Using data and root-cause tools to resolve manufacturing challenges and improve KPIs
- Applying lean and kaizen principles to drive continuous improvement projects
