Your responsibilities:
- Generate new opportunities through a mixture of cold and warm outbound activity
- Research target organisations and identify key decision-makers
- Qualify prospects and arrange meetings with relevant stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the early stages of the sales process
- Accurately manage lead activity and pipeline progression through CRM systems
- Support wider business growth initiatives through proactive lead generation activity
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, appointment setting or similar sales-focused positions
- Experience making cold calls and engaging prospective clients over the telephone
- Previous use of CRM systems to manage opportunities and sales activity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers professionally
- Experience managing sales pipelines and progressing opportunities through structured processes
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working available after the initial onboarding and training period.
