Your responsibilities as People Specialist:

  • Manage and coordinate the people team inbox, responding to queries and escalating where appropriate
  • Support onboarding activities, including inductions, documentation and employee records management
  • Maintain accurate information within internal HR systems and personnel files
  • Assist with payroll administration, benefits processes and associated reporting requirements
  • Process invoices and support departmental administration activities
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance when handling employee information and documentation
