What you'll be getting stuck into as an HR Advisor:

What you'll bring to the table as an HR Advisor:
- Previous experience in a similar HR role such as Advisor or Officer level
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) would be advantageous
- Experience handling employee relations matters
- Confident use of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Exposure to an ATS or HR system implementation would be beneficial
