You will be the go-to for day-to-day facilities delivery, making sure standards are met, issues are resolved quickly, and the environment is safe, clean and professional for everyone who uses it.

What you'll be getting stuck into as a Facilities Coordinator/Supervisor:
- Coordinating soft FM services including cleaning, reception, waste, washrooms, pest control and vending
- Managing suppliers and contractors to ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met
- Handling facilities requests through internal systems and driving them through to resolution
- Supporting compliance across health & safety, fire safety, first aid and business continuity
- Managing stock, stationery, storage and shared equipment across the building
- Assisting with budget tracking, quotes, approvals and service improvements
Essential experience required as a Facilities Coordinator/Supervisor:
- Proven experience in a Facilities Management role
- Proven supplier/contractor management and performance monitoring experience
- Strong knowledge of FM standards, legislation, health & safety compliance, including experience reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
- Demonstrated customer service and stakeholder management skills (corporate environment)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, service lines, and deadlines effectively
Essential experience for Supervisory position:
- Extensive experience in a Facilities Management Role
- Supervisory experience of a team of at least two staff
