Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Manager to join a global specialist in industrial refrigeration, heating and sustainable engineering solutions for a wide array of industries including, food, beverage, dairy and oil & gas.
Along with a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, you will receive a range of benefits including a bonus scheme, a company car, a pension scheme, 25 days holiday and private healthcare!
What youll do as Maintenance Manager:
You will lead a frontline team of Service Engineers, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and business growth. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, compliance, and team development. Some of your duties will include:
- Supervising, leading, and coordinating a team of Service Engineers to ensure high-quality service.
- Supporting training, certification, and career progression for team members.
- Conducting performance reviews, setting expectations, and providing coaching
- Ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety & Quality regulations and industry standards.
- Monitoring job execution to optimise profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a customer-first approach, ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations.
- Identifying sales leads, pull-through opportunities, and contract change orders.
- Fostering a safety-first culture, ensuring training and compliance with safety standards.
- Supporting business growth and profitability through process improvements and cost efficiency.
