About You:
- Deep expertise in end-to-end recruitment process management within construction, engineering or technical environment - in-house preferably; however we would also like to hear from a highly experienced recruiter from Agency or RPO environment looking to make their first transition into an in-house business partnering role.
- You are quick to connect - building relationships based on trust and demonstrate the ability to influence, advise and guide expertly; especially when under pressure.
- Demonstrable ability to effectively partner a large, dedicated stakeholder group who have varied and complex hiring needs - curiosity, tenacity and common-goal setting is key.
- Expert communication and data-capture - knowledge of applicant tracking systems and direct sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Executive Search) and unrelentingly high-standards - you can instinctively adapt communication style depending on the needs of the campaign.
- Applied understanding of recruitment best practice, employment legislation and modern attraction strategies.
