Your responsibilities as Paid Social Marketing Manager:
- Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, Snapchat and TikTok for multiple international markets
- Manage campaign budgets, coordinate creative assets and ensure advertising complies with relevant regulations and responsible gaming requirements
- Produce accurate daily, monthly and quarterly performance reporting, using customer lifetime value and attribution data to drive recommendations
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, data and country teams to deliver acquisition strategies and full-funnel campaign activity
- Ensure tracking, tagging, landing pages and campaign measurement are correctly implemented and maintained
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, present performance insights to stakeholders and support ongoing campaign optimisation
What we're looking for in a Paid Social Marketing Manager:
- Strong background managing large-scale paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, Snapchat and TikTok
- Experience within the iGaming sector and managing significant advertising budgets across multiple markets
- Excellent knowledge of attribution, tracking, Google Tag Manager, reporting tools, Tableau or similar visualisation platforms, AppsFlyer and advanced Excel
- Experience interpreting campaign data and presenting clear commercial insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of campaign compliance, digital measurement and multi-channel performance reporting
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with a hybrid working pattern of three office days and two remote days.
