A well-established, family-owned kitchen retailer are seeking a Digital Marketing & Acquisition Lead to join their team. This is a key role within the marketing team, responsible for driving digital acquisition, qualified lead generation and measurable business growth.
This is a Hybrid role working Monday
Wednesday in the office and Thursday
Friday from home.
As the Digital Marketing & Acquisition Lead you will: Own and deliver the digital acquisition strategy, driving lead generation, brand awareness and measurable business growth. Manage paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn, optimising for CPL, CTR and conversion rate. Lead the SEO strategy and collaborate with content teams to improve visibility, website performance and organic lead acquisition. Lead CRO activity across websites and landing pages, using data to identify and implement conversion improvements. Brief, test and optimise creative content across paid media campaigns, working with designers and copywriters to improve performance. Develop A/B and multivariate testing frameworks across ad creative, landing pages and calls to action. Track and report on digital performance, producing monthly and quarterly dashboards with clear insights and actions. Work closely with the Social & Email Marketing Lead to align acquisition and retention activity and create a seamless customer journey. Test new lead generation channels and strategies, documenting performance and scaling successful approaches.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Acquisition Lead with: Previous experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or paid media management. A proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Experience with SEO tools and strategies, including on-page and off-page optimisation. Experience with CRO tools such as Hotjar, Google Optimize or equivalent. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio or equivalent reporting platforms. Strong budget management skills and experience reporting on CAC, CPL and ROI. Experience within retail, home interiors or franchise sectors would be highly desirable. Understanding of UX and conversion rate optimisation, with working knowledge of HTML/CSS for ad and landing-page troubleshooting.
