This is an entry-level support and verification role for someone who enjoys structured administration, careful checking and improving how information is managed. You will work within clearly defined processes, helping to clear the historical data backlog, support data migration and establish consistent upfront checks before commercial commitments progress. - Identify duplicate records and support the merging of records, including as part of the US data integration
- Help clear the historical data maintenance backlog and apply agreed data quality standards on an ongoing basis
- Carry out initial promoter background and identity checks in line with established procedures
- Gather and check required promoter documentation, trading details and agreed payment terms
- Record checks, decisions, evidence and follow-up actions accurately to maintain a clear audit trail
- Flag discrepancies, missing information and exceptions promptly for review by senior colleagues
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach to routine administration
- Confidence working with spreadsheets, databases or CRM systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to request information from internal and external contacts
- Sound judgement about when to follow a process and when to escalate an exception
- A discreet and reliable approach when handling commercial, financial and personal information
- A willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks and contribute positively to a collaborative team
- Previous experience in administration, data entry, compliance support, finance operations or a related area is helpful but not essential
What We Offer:
- The opportunity to support an important CRM implementation and business improvement programme
- An accessible entry-level opportunity with the chance to build experience across data management, compliance and commercial operations
- A varied role with the opportunity to make a visible impact by improving data reliability and reducing operational risk
- A collaborative working environment within an international sports, music and entertainment advisory and management agency
