As the Registered Childrens Home Manager, you'll lead a four-bed EBD service in Coventry, shaping the quality of care, developing the team and driving positive outcomes for every young person who lives there.
This opportunity is open to established service leaders as well as exceptional deputies who have worked within an Ofsted-regulated EBD setting and are ready to progress into their first senior management position.

Your responsibilities as Registered Childrens Home Manager:
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation, standards and performance of the home
- Ensure the service meets Ofsted requirements and complies with the Childrens Homes Regulations
- Maintain high standards across safeguarding, care quality, compliance and residential practice
- Lead, develop and support the care team to deliver consistent, high-quality support
- Create a safe, nurturing and young-person-centred environment that promotes wellbeing and development
- Drive continuous improvement across the service, identifying opportunities to strengthen care and outcomes
What we're looking for in a Registered Childrens Home Manager:
- Previous experience leading an Ofsted-regulated residential home, or substantial deputy-level experience with the capability to progress
- Proven experience within a residential EBD setting for young people; supported living or independent supported accommodation experience alone will not be suitable
- Strong working knowledge of Ofsted requirements, relevant regulations, safeguarding and quality standards
- Appropriate qualifications required to manage a residential childcare service
