Your responsibilities as Senior HR Advisor:

  • Provide a full generalist HR service across multiple business areas and locations
  • Partner with managers and leaders to deliver proactive, commercially focused people solutions
  • Lead and support change initiatives aligned to business objectives and performance goals
  • Act as the subject matter expert for employee relations and people-related queries
  • Support strategic HR projects and wider people initiatives across the organisation
  • Assist with the successful integration of acquisitions and organisational growth activities

What we’re looking for in a Senior HR Advisor:

  • CIPD qualification with previous experience in a generalist HR role
  • Experience providing HR support within a multi-site organisation
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and employee relations processes
  • Previous experience partnering with senior stakeholders and management teams
  • Experience within Retail, Hospitality, Professional Services or Technology environments would be advantageous
