Your responsibilities as HR Transformation Lead:

  • Manage end-to-end people integration activity across complex change programmes
  • Oversee TUPE processes including due diligence, consultation, and post-transfer integration
  • Support organisational design and cultural alignment initiatives across multiple business areas
  • Produce clear communication and consultation materials for business-wide change activity
  • Work closely with operational and legal stakeholders to minimise risk and maintain compliance
  • Track programme progress, manage project plans, and provide regular stakeholder updates

What we're looking for in a HR Transformation Lead:

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation including TUPE and redundancy processes
  • Previous experience delivering large-scale people change and integration programmes
  • Background working within multi-site or matrix organisations
  • Experience supporting organisational design, consultation, and change communications
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent professional accreditation

Working hours: Monday to Friday, standard business hours with hybrid working and occasional UK travel required. This is initially a 12-month contract with a good chance of the role becoming permanent.
