Your responsibilities as Senior HR Advisor:
- Provide a full generalist HR service across multiple business areas and locations
- Partner with managers and leaders to deliver proactive, commercially focused people solutions
- Lead and support change initiatives aligned to business objectives and performance goals
- Act as the subject matter expert for employee relations and people-related queries
- Support strategic HR projects and wider people initiatives across the organisation
- Assist with the successful integration of acquisitions and organisational growth activities
What we're looking for in a Senior HR Advisor:
- CIPD qualification with previous experience in a generalist HR role
- Experience providing HR support within a multi-site organisation
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and employee relations processes
- Previous experience partnering with senior stakeholders and management teams
- Experience within Retail, Hospitality, Professional Services or Technology environments would be advantageous
