Youll be joining a Tamworth based company under new management, theyre a company in growth mode under new leadership, with solid investment and a real focus on quality, culture, and team development.
As Landscaper / Site Manager your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing hard and soft landscaping projects on-site - including pub gardens, terraces, and alfresco areas.
  • Supervising and motivating a small team.
  • Liaising with clients and ensuring work meets quality expectations.
  • Working with plants, turfing, pruning, planting schemes.
  • Installing fencing, decking, garden structures, slabbing, and artificial turf.
  • Travelling across the UK when required (company-paid accommodation).

  • Proven hands-on landscaping / horticulture experience both hard and soft landscaping.
  • Leadership and site management experience.
