Your responsibilities:

  • Support key customer accounts with quotations, product information, stock availability and order queries
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and commercial support to a field-based manager, including diary management and inbox coordination
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications to maintain strong client relationships
  • Liaise with UK and overseas suppliers to obtain pricing and product information
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer order issues efficiently
  • Analyse spreadsheets and customer data to identify spending patterns and product trends

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience within sales support, sales administration, account management, internal sales or a similar B2B customer-focused role
  • Experience working alongside a field-based consultant or manager would be advantageous
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience preparing quotations, managing customer enquiries and coordinating orders
  • Ability to analyse data and work confidently with spreadsheets and reporting information
