Your responsibilities:
- Support key customer accounts with quotations, product information, stock availability and order queries
- Provide day-to-day administrative and commercial support to a field-based manager, including diary management and inbox coordination
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications to maintain strong client relationships
- Liaise with UK and overseas suppliers to obtain pricing and product information
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer order issues efficiently
- Analyse spreadsheets and customer data to identify spending patterns and product trends
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience within sales support, sales administration, account management, internal sales or a similar B2B customer-focused role
- Experience working alongside a field-based consultant or manager would be advantageous
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience preparing quotations, managing customer enquiries and coordinating orders
- Ability to analyse data and work confidently with spreadsheets and reporting information
