As a Payroll & HR Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of the processes that employees rely on while broadening your experience across the wider employee lifecycle.

Hybrid working with four days in the Bradford office and one day working from home.

Your responsibilities as Payroll & HR Coordinator
Manage and support end-to-end pay processing for salaried and hourly employees, including starters, leavers, changes, overtime, bonuses, statutory payments and deductions.
Maintain employee records and HRIS data while supporting time, attendance, absence and shift information.
Prepare employment documentation and support onboarding, offboarding and benefits administration.
Produce reports and data analysis while supporting audits, compliance checks and statutory requirements.
Assist with year-end activities including P60s, P11Ds/Benefits in Kind, pension reconciliations and improvements to systems and processes.
What we’re looking for in a Payroll & HR Coordinator
Hands-on ADP software experience and strong knowledge of UK pay processes and legislation – ADP experience is essential.
Experience managing end-to-end processing, ideally alongside wider HR administration.
Experience using HRIS and/or time and attendance systems, with Workday knowledge advantageous.
Strong Excel and data-handling skills, including the ability to identify discrepancies and investigate issues.
Monday to Friday, with four days office-based and one day working from home.
