Your responsibilities:

  • Generate new opportunities through a mixture of cold and warm outbound activity
  • Research target organisations and identify key decision-makers
  • Qualify prospects and arrange meetings with relevant stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the early stages of the sales process
  • Accurately manage lead activity and pipeline progression through CRM systems
  • Support wider business growth initiatives through proactive lead generation activity

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, appointment setting or similar sales-focused positions
  • Experience making cold calls and engaging prospective clients over the telephone
  • Previous use of CRM systems to manage opportunities and sales activity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers professionally
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and progressing opportunities through structured processes

Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working available after the initial onboarding and training period.
