What you’ll be getting stuck into as a HR & Talent Manager:
- Leading and evolving the performance management framework to drive accountability and development
- Designing and delivering learning and development strategies across apprenticeships, graduates, leadership and career pathways
- Driving talent, succession and future skills planning for technical and engineering roles
- Managing day-to-day HR operations for the site, including employee relations and policy implementation
- Embedding engagement, coaching and recognition initiatives that strengthen culture and retention
What you’ll bring to the table as a HR & Talent Manager:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent with strong generalist HR experience
- Background in talent development, learning & development or organisational development
- Experience designing career pathways for engineers or technical teams
- Proven capability managing employee relations and site-based HR activity
Working hours: Full-time, with hybrid working available up to one day per week from home.
