Keeping employee processes accurate, efficient and running smoothly makes a real difference across an entire workforce. As an HR Operations Specialist, you'll take ownership across the employee lifecycle while gaining valuable exposure to systems improvements and wider projects within a global technology and manufacturing business. This is a six-month contract with genuine potential to become permanent, combining hands-on administration with the opportunity to strengthen your systems and project experience. You'll work on a hybrid basis, spending three days onsite and two days working remotely each week.

Your responsibilities as HR Operations Specialist:
- Manage administration for starters, internal moves and leavers, ensuring each stage is completed accurately
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information across internal systems, including Oracle
- Prepare payroll information, employee documentation and reports
- Respond to employee queries relating to contracts, absence, payroll and company policies
- Support systems improvements that make processes more accurate and efficient
- Contribute to wider projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for in an HR Operations Specialist:
- Previous administration experience within a human resources environment
- Experience using employee management systems
- Strong attention to detail when handling confidential and sensitive information
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Working pattern: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
