Your responsibilities as Mobility & Compliance Specialist:

  • Coordinate international assignments, secondments and business travel activities across Europe
  • Manage immigration processes including visas, work permits, residence permits and registrations
  • Maintain mobility records, assignment documentation and compliance tracking systems
  • Support adherence to employment, immigration, tax and social security requirements across jurisdictions
  • Liaise with external providers, authorities and internal stakeholders to facilitate workforce deployment
  • Produce reporting, compliance data and assignment analysis while supporting audits and reviews

What we're looking for in a Mobility & Compliance Specialist:

  • Previous experience within global mobility, international HR, immigration or workforce administration
  • Knowledge of European employment regulations, immigration requirements and assignment management processes
  • Experience working with HR systems, mobility platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of international tax, social security or cross-border compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting multi-country projects within energy, engineering, infrastructure, utilities or similar sectors would be advantageous

Working Hours: Ideally full-time, although part-time working will be considered.
