As our Head of Sales, you'll play a leading role in expanding TEAM's network, building lasting relationships with recruitment business owners and helping us achieve our ambition of becoming the UK's leading recruitment community.

At TEAM, we've built a thriving network of more than 540 independent recruitment agencies and over 100 trusted Service Partners.

Our members benefit from industry-leading collaboration, commercial support, supplier savings, learning opportunities and a nationwide community designed to help recruitment businesses succeed.

Now we're looking for someone who can take our membership growth to the next level by creating opportunities, developing relationships and converting recruitment businesses into long-term members.

Your responsibilities as Head of Sales Drive consistent membership growth by managing the complete sales journey from initial enquiry through to successful onboarding handover.

Generate new opportunities through networking, Linked In, referrals, recruitment events, marketing campaigns and your own business development activity.

Build strong relationships with recruitment founders, agency owners and industry contacts across the UK.

Work closely with our marketing, membership success, operations and leadership teams to improve lead generation, conversion and onboarding.

Manage pipeline activity, forecasting and CRM records through Hub Spot while delivering against agreed commercial KPIs.

Represent TEAM professionally at regional events, exhibitions and throughout the wider recruitment industry.

What we're looking for in a Head of Sales Proven success managing a consultative sales or business development pipeline.

Experience building commercial relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers.

Strong CRM experience, ideally including Hub Spot or similar platforms.

Recruitment industry knowledge, membership sales or professional services experience would be highly advantageous.

An established recruitment industry network would be beneficial, particularly for candidates seeking a fully remote position.

Working Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday.

This is a hybrid position based in Guildford, with at least two days each week spent at TEAM HQ alongside regular travel to member and industry events across the UK.

Exceptional fully remote candidates will also be considered where appropriate.
