What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Manufacturing Engineer:
- Developing and maintaining PFMEA, control plans and work instructions to keep processes robust
- Reviewing existing processes to boost safety, quality and cost efficiency
- Leading the rollout of new processes and ensuring operators are fully trained
- Using data and root-cause tools to resolve manufacturing challenges and improve KPIs
- Applying lean and kaizen principles to drive continuous improvement projects
- Supporting tooling, fixture and equipment decisions to keep production running smoothly
What you’ll bring to the table as a Manufacturing Engineer:
- Previous experience working with core manufacturing processes
- Confident use of lean tools, CI methods and problem-solving techniques
- Strong data analysis skills across KPIs such as OEE, TAKT and cycle times
- Six Sigma training and proven project management capability
- Experience with PFMEA, A3/Kaizen, Poka Yoke and cost-reduction techniques
