Your responsibilities as Mechanical Maintenance Technician:

  • Provide front-line maintenance support across production departments
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance activities across the site
  • Maintain site services including compressed air, boiler, cooling and refrigeration systems
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and basic electrical faults on production equipment
  • Support improvement projects focused on reducing downtime and increasing efficiency
  • Complete a structured familiarisation and training programme during onboarding

What we're looking for in a Mechanical Maintenance Technician:

  • Previous experience within a similar maintenance environment
  • HNC qualification or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Completion of a recognised engineering apprenticeship
  • Strong mechanical maintenance knowledge and fault-finding capability
  • Right to work in the UK and ability to commute to Kirkcaldy

Working Hours:

38 hours per week, working a rotating three-shift pattern Monday to Friday.
