Finding exceptional people is only part of the story. As Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll help shape the entire employee experience, influencing how talent is attracted, developed and retained across a creative, purpose‑led organisation with ambitious growth plans in the UK and internationally.

You’ll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact across recruitment, talent management, employee engagement and culture initiatives, helping create an environment where people can thrive and do their best work.

What's in it for you

  • Salary of £38,000 - £42,000
  • Opportunity to influence the full employee lifecycle, not just recruitment
  • Exposure to UK and international hiring across a diverse range of functions
  • Involvement in talent management, succession planning and employee development initiatives
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic people projects
  • Join a collaborative organisation where people and culture are central to business success

Your responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Partner

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activity across UK and international markets, delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Develop creative attraction strategies to engage high‑calibre candidates across commercial, corporate and specialist functions
  • Build and maintain pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements
  • Support the annual talent management cycle, including performance, development and succession planning activities
  • Partner on employee engagement, culture and organisational development projects
  • Use recruitment data and market insight to improve hiring processes, candidate experience and talent outcomes

What we're looking for in a Talent Acquisition Partner

  • Previous experience managing end‑to‑end in‑house recruitment across multiple business functions
  • Experience recruiting within creative, media, digital, marketing, consumer or similarly fast‑paced environments
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence and advise managers at all levels
  • Experience supporting wider people initiatives including talent management, engagement, learning or organisational development
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice and the ability to use data and insight to drive continuous improvement

If you’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner opportunity where you can influence talent, culture and employee development in equal measure, we’d love to hear from you.
