This is a hands-on role for a skilled Floor Fitter who wants steady, well-organised work without the usual site chaos. You’ll be delivering quality installations across residential, commercial and industrial environments, backed by proper planning, clear expectations and consistent support.

What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Floor Fitter

  • Installing LVT flooring including glue-down and click systems, plus layout and design work
  • Fitting carpet tiles, sheet vinyl and safety flooring including cap and cove
  • Installing rubber and gym flooring across commercial and specialist sites
  • Completing subfloor preparation including plywood, latex smoothing compounds and DPMs
  • Working across residential, commercial and industrial projects locally and nationwide

What you’ll bring to the table as a Floor Fitter

  • Previous experience across commercial and residential flooring installations
  • Proven capability across LVT, vinyl, safety flooring and subfloor preparation (x2 references)
  • Valid CSCS card or willingness to obtain
  • Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain
  • Full UK driving licence with own van and tools
