What you'll be getting stuck into as a Finance Business Partner:
- Owning the end-to-end finance function for a portfolio of charity clients
- Preparing and presenting monthly management accounts with clear, actionable insight
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
- Presenting financial updates to Executive Teams and Boards, providing constructive challenge
- Supporting funding bids and donor reporting through robust financial modelling
- Producing year-end accounts and managing auditor or independent examiner relationships
What you'll bring to the table as a Finance Business Partner:
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
- Previous experience producing management accounts and external financial reporting
- Experience presenting financial information to senior leaders and Boards
- Experience using SME accounting systems such as Xero and/or QuickBooks
- Experience managing multiple entities or client portfolios
Working hours: 35 hours per week, worked between 8am - 6pm with core hours of 10am - 4pm covered. Further flexible working considered. Part-time hours are considered.
