Your responsibilities as Mechanical Maintenance Technician:
- Provide front-line maintenance support across production departments
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance activities across the site
- Maintain site services including compressed air, boiler, cooling and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and basic electrical faults on production equipment
- Support improvement projects focused on reducing downtime and increasing efficiency
- Complete a structured familiarisation and training programme during onboarding
What we're looking for in a Mechanical Maintenance Technician:
- Previous experience within a similar maintenance environment
- HNC qualification or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
- Completion of a recognised engineering apprenticeship
- Strong mechanical maintenance knowledge and fault-finding capability
- Right to work in the UK and ability to commute to Kirkcaldy
Working Hours: 38 hours per week, working a rotating three-shift pattern Monday to Friday.
