A well-established and highly respected UK AV systems integrator is looking for a Technical Project Support to join its thriving South West team. The opportunity - Technical Project Support:
- Youll play a key role in supporting projects from initial tender and system design right through to delivery and handover.
- Working closely with Sales, Engineering and Project Management teams, youll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while developing strong technical and commercial understanding.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting technical system design and product specification
- Producing system drawings, schematics and tender documentation
- Assisting Technical Project Managers with scopes of work, scheduling and planning
- Workshop-based system testing and configuration
- Preparing documentation for Operations & Maintenance manuals
- Providing remote customer support where appropriate
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
No two days will be the same - this is a varied, hands-on role offering real career progression.
About You - Technical Project Support:
Were keen to hear from individuals who:
- Have previous AV or technical project experience (desirable but not essential with the right attitude)
- Have a genuine interest in technology, particularly AV
- Enjoy detail-oriented work and take pride in accuracy
- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Are comfortable using MS Office, Visio, AutoCAD LT or similar software (training provided)
- Are flexible, proactive and willing to support the wider team
- Hold (or are working towards) AVIXA/InfoComm CTS, CEDIA or related accreditations (advantageous)
Most importantly, youll be enthusiastic, adaptable and eager to grow.
