TEAM in Ellesmere Port is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the founding leadership team of a new greenfield food-grade rPET facility. You will own the engineering and reliability strategy from day one, steering hot commissioning and transitioning into world-class planned maintenance while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
You will build and lead a lean, capable team, implement RCM and TPM, establish a CMMS, and partner with Operations to align maintenance with production needs.
