Your responsibilities as Employee Relations Lead:
- Lead complex casework covering conduct, capability, attendance, performance and grievance matters
- Provide specialist advice to managers on employment legislation, policy application and best practice
- Conduct investigations, prepare reports and support formal hearings and appeals
