A tier 1 engineering services provider that is part of the exciting Hinkley Point C nuclear power station build is looking to add an Electrical Project Manager from a building services/electrical installation background to their team. Along with a salary of up to £72,000 per annum, you will receive a range of benefits including a car allowance (travel & accommodation reimbursed for those travelling further afield), 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, enhanced pension contributions, plus much more!  This is a full-time, permanent role, working 37 hours per week (on average). There is a 9-day working fortnight, with every other Friday off as standard. Hybrid opportunities are available, with Fridays typically from home. For the remainder of 2025, you will be at the Bristol office, with 2026 onwards onsite in Bridgwater.  As Electrical Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: Driving the delivery of the contract or package activities to ensure they are delivered safely on time, to budget, meeting business & technical requirements. Developing and implementing strategies and plans in line with the overall programme execution plan (PEP), setting out how the programme of work will be managed, organised, and executed. Monitoring and managing the progress of the programme – tracking progress against milestones, deadlines, budget and provide key stakeholders with reports on these matters. Displaying a broad understanding of building services electrical systems infrastructure, protection & distribution requirements, commercial construction industry practices, construction contracts and budget/schedule management. Engaging and communicating with stakeholders to ensure that accurate timelines are maintained, and tasks delivered. Leading, motivating and developing teams to drive projects and exceed expectations.  We’re looking for an Electrical Project Manager with: A track record of delivering projects in complex environments, from concept to handover, within a technically complex and dynamic environment. Professional Qualification in Project Management such as APM PMQ or other recognised qualification. Previous experience working in the Nuclear industry beneficial but heavily regulated industry experience is essential- Nuclear, Healthcare, Oil & Gas Previous experience working on large scale building services electrical installations.
