A busy Manufacturing business is embarking on an exciting phase of positive change and their amazing culture is truly something special. They’re looking to appoint an experienced L&D Manager for one of their sites in between Sheffield and Chesterfield.

Are you the kind of L&D professional who enjoys working across an entire organisation, building relationships with everyone from hourly paid staff to the senior leadership team? This role could be your next big challenge!

As L&D Manager, you will:

  • Lead innovative L&D projects and programmes aligned with organisational and people strategic objectives.
  • Focus on Leadership Development and Performance Management across the site.
  • Manage a team of L&D Advisors.
  • Oversee all aspects of L&D, from organisational needs analysis to delivery & evaluation, budget management, and development of learning systems, processes, and talent management.
  • Drive employee engagement and wellbeing, talent management, leadership capability, and development-related initiatives.

Ideally, the right candidate will be happy to work full time and be predominantly site based.
