A growing business is looking for an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join the team. This is a hybrid role, working 2-3 days in the office per week. In this pivotal role, you will own, manage, and shape end-to-end projects while developing successful strategies to elevate initiatives. Leveraging various digital channels and tools including SEO, PPC, website, email marketing, and paid social advertising you will drive impactful activities and measurable results. You will collaborate closely with the wider department and the Campaigns Manager to design and deliver effective lead-generation and thought-leadership campaigns to the market. Experience with digital tools in a B2B environment is desirable but not essential.
Main duties and responsibilities as Digital Marketing Manager:
- Owning the strategy, with the support of external agencies, delivering and continually optimising SEO, PPC, remarketing, email, and paid social advertising.
- Working collaboratively with the Campaigns Manager and others to create and deliver effective lead generation campaigns to the market.
- Supporting in the development of a branded, thought leadership reputation in the drug discovery industry through delivery of effective integrated campaigns.
- Website maintenance and management, keeping continuous user experience, conversion rate, and mobile optimisation top of mind.
- Potentially leading new website development in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Managing and optimising automation and workflows including via CRM.
- End-to-end management of online projects.
- Digital channel account management.
- Coordinating agencies and other external suppliers.
- Assisting in maintaining the budget.
- Extensive reporting against KPIs for senior / board level stakeholders.
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with:
- Experience in management of digital marketing strategy and tools.
- Experience from pharma, biotech or drug discovery / development industry is desirable, however not essential.
- Project Management experience.
- Understanding and demonstrable experience of Content Management Systems.
- Marketing Automation Software skills and experience (ideally HubSpot).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Qualified to degree level in subjects such as Business, Marketing, or Information Technology desirable or to degree level in other subjects.
- Strong mathematical skills, comfortable working with numbers and making sense of metrics.
