A busy Manufacturing business is embarking on an exciting phase of positive change and their amazing culture is truly something special. They are looking to appoint an experienced L&D Manager for one of their sites in between Sheffield and Chesterfield.

As L&D Manager, you will:
- Lead innovative L&D projects and programmes aligned with organisational and people strategic objectives.
- Focus on Leadership Development and Performance Management across the site.
- Manage a team of L&D Advisors.
- Oversee all aspects of L&D, from organisational needs analysis to delivery & evaluation, budget management, and development of learning systems, processes, and talent management.
- Drive employee engagement and wellbeing, talent management, leadership capability, and development-related initiatives.
Ideally, the right candidate will be happy to work full time and be predominantly site based. We're looking for a L&D Manager who's tenacious, self-motivated and wants to make a difference. To be successful, you'll need lots of energy, be used to working at pace and be up for the challenge of driving change.
