A growing business based in the South East is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join its team within the BC or ERP SaaS sector. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and business growth through strong relationship management. This is most definitely a sales orientated role. You will serve as their primary point of contact, addressing customer needs and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. You will be the voice of the customer within the business.
Along with a salary of up to £60,000 per annum, you will receive a range of benefits including a commission scheme, 25 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays & your birthday), a pension scheme, access to an employee assistance programme and an electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme.
Your responsibilities as Commercial Account Manager:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
- Respond to and address their enquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Arrange regular customer account reviews and advise the most effective approach to achieve their goals, challenges and expectations.
- Develop relationship and communication plans for each account.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling additional products or services, expansion and other contract opportunities.
- Create revenue generation plans for each account.
- Ensure our customers have realistic expectations, and they are clear on what we can deliver, and when we can deliver it.
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals with existing customers and ensure contracts are up to date and accurate.
We're looking for a Commercial Account Manager with:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, NetSuite, or another ERP or subscription-based software solution in a customer facing, account manager or equivalent role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commercially minded with the ability to see potential sales opportunities.
- Experience in building strong relationships.
- Time management skills are necessary to handle a number of customer accounts.
- Ability to prioritise and resolve problems.
- Solid IT skills including proficiency with common software applications.
This is a full-time role, working Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30. Hybrid/flexible working is available.
