Growth across international markets depends on more than individual channels delivering in isolation. As Head of Performance Marketing, you'll shape a joined-up digital strategy, connect investment decisions with commercial outcomes and give specialist teams the insight, direction and frameworks needed to deliver sustainable growth. You'll work across multiple brands and markets, bringing together paid media, Brand, ATL, Creative, Retention, BI and Technology. With significant influence over planning, forecasting, measurement and cross-channel optimisation, you'll help senior stakeholders understand what is driving results, where investment should move and which opportunities can make the biggest commercial difference.

What's in it for you:

  • Competitive salary plus an annual bonus following successful completion of probation
  • 24 days' annual leave, with additional days awarded after three years' service
  • Opportunity to influence international growth within one of the world's largest iGaming organisations

Your responsibilities as Head of Performance Marketing:

  • Own cross-market planning, forecasting, targets and reporting, challenging budgets and results while identifying risks, opportunities and actions
  • Create a joined-up digital ecosystem across PPC, Paid Social, Mobile/App, Programmatic and YouTube, ensuring investment reflects each channel's role within the customer journey
  • Develop measurement frameworks covering attribution, incrementality, MMM, funnel analysis and dashboarding, working with BI, Analytics and Technology to improve data agility
  • Connect Brand, ATL, Creative and Retention activity with paid media, ensuring messaging, investment and insights work together across the full funnel
  • Lead cross-channel testing and optimisation, identifying opportunities across automation, AI, CRO, landing pages, offers and technology
  • Support senior digital leadership with team direction, stakeholder management, operational improvements, strategic initiatives and the development of channel specialists

What we're looking for in a Head of Performance Marketing:

  • Senior-level experience within digital marketing in a fast-paced, commercially led environment, including leadership, mentoring or team management
  • Broad knowledge across PPC, Paid Social, Mobile/App, Programmatic and/or YouTube, alongside deep expertise within at least one core discipline
  • International experience covering multiple markets, with strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, attribution, testing and marketing effectiveness
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability, including the ability to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders and specialists
  • Understanding of how Brand, ATL, Creative, Retention and paid media work together; iGaming, ecommerce, fintech, subscriptions or digital entertainment experience would be advantageous
