A globally recognised leader in interactive entertainment, supplying innovative solutions worldwide is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to take ownership of their London HQ Operations. Along with a salary of circa £35k per annum, you will receive a range of benefits including 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), work anniversary treats, and regular company socials. After probation, you will receive a comprehensive family healthcare plan, enhanced pension contributions, a discretionary bonus scheme, and life assurance coverage.
Given the vital nature of this role to support the office environment, it is offered full-time, five days a week in the office just off Old Street roundabout. The office itself is well equipped, modern and designed for social open plan working.
As Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing office operations, including supplies, security passes, and external vendor management.
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day running and supporting key business areas, including contributing to facilities, health & safety, and compliance.
- Managing documents, policies, and customer-facing materials with precision.
- Handling absence monitoring, travel bookings, and IT coordination.
- Leading health & safety initiatives, risk assessments, and fire marshal training.
- Organising team perks, anniversary rewards, and social events.
